Day 3 includes an early morning trek to Kunjapuri Temple (2,000 m) for a breathtaking Himalayan sunrise. Explore the Beatles Ashram and the spiritual heritage of Swarga Ashram. Arrive Rishikesh. Check-in to yoga retreat hotel or ashram guesthouse. Afternoon rest and orientation walk along the Ganges. Evening attend Parmarth Niketan Ganga Aarti — India's most celebrated riverside prayer ceremony. Vegetarian dinner. Overnight stay.
5:30 AM sunrise yoga session on the Ganges banks with certified instructor. Post breakfast, visit Ram Jhula, Lakshman Jhula, Swarga Ashram, and Beatles Ashram (Chaurasi Kutia). Afternoon meditation session. Optional Ayurvedic consultation. Evening riverside café or market stroll. Dinner and overnight.
4:00 AM departure for Kunjapuri Temple (2,000 m). Trek 1.5 km to the hilltop shrine of Goddess Kunjapuri for a panoramic Himalayan sunrise view — see Kedarnath, Bandarpoonch, and Swargarohini peaks. Return to Rishikesh by 9 AM. Post breakfast yoga Nidra session. Afternoon free for spa or market. Dinner and overnight.
Morning pranayama and breathing techniques session. Post breakfast, optional river rafting or cliff jumping for the adventurous. Afternoon: Ayurvedic massage therapy (optional, at extra cost). Evening: Vedic chanting session at local ashram. Farewell dinner on the riverside. Overnight stay.
